Testing Ground for Environmental Technology Products
The aim of this Ecotest-project is to improve testing of environmental
technology products in Oulu region. Furthermore a service concept
for Oulu based testing will be established.
Almost thirty Environment Cluster Companies from Oulu region
participates this Ecotest -project in order to improve their
operations. During the project need of testing, possible testing
environment and partners/customers for testing are identified.
Also services and experts on the field of testing are searched.
One key issue will be the need and development of a common product
testing facility. The aim of the Ecotest -project is not just
testing. A possibility to introduce products by testing and
using in final surroundings will surely improve promotion of
these environmental technology products.
Within Ecotest-project systematic r&d training will be given
during 2004 to partner enterprises. Topics are management of
the r&d portfolio, funding r&d, innovations, product design
and commercializing.
